Job summary

Mace in the Philippines is seeking an experienced HSW Lead to drive health, safety and wellbeing across projects, ensuring policy implementation and continuous improvement.

You will conduct audits, manage incident investigations, develop teams, and contribute to net-zero carbon initiatives. A hybrid working model is available to accommodate flexible arrangements.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in health, safety and wellbeing, driving high performance and continuous improvement.
• Strong knowledge of HSW legislation, risk management, assurance and audit principles.
• Effective stakeholder engagement, influencing senior leaders and communicating complex information clearly.
• Degree-qualified with relevant professional accreditation and commitment to CPD.

Responsibilities
