Job summary

Mace Group seeks an experienced HSW professional to drive policy implementation across projects in the Philippines and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will lead audits for ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001, coordinate inspection programmes, analyse KPIs, and investigate incidents to drive continuous improvement. The role also supports carbon reduction and sustainable project delivery, engaging diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH qualification and IOSH membership required.
• Proven experience in HSW auditing, risk management and compliance delivery.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to translate technical information for diverse audiences.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage priorities and stakeholder relationships.

• Strong communication skills, translating technical information for diverse audiences.
• Organised, proactive and solutions-focused, managing priorities and stakeholder relationships effectively.
