Job summary

Total Process Systems Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based engineering consulting and project management firm, seeks an HSE Lead to enhance the company’s Health, Safety and Environment management system across projects and operations.

You will lead HSE plans, risk assessments, and training programs, ensuring compliance with Singapore WSH legislation and client standards while coordinating with managers, subcontractors, and site teams to promote safety excellence.

Qualifications

• Requires WSHO qualification with MOM registration.
• At least 5 years’ experience in construction, M&E, cleanroom, semiconductor, or industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and maintenance of HSE Plans and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore WSH legislation and client safety standards.
• Conduct site safety inspections, audits, and compliance reviews.
• Facilitate safety trainings, toolbox talks, inductions, and WSH training.
• Review and approve permit-to-work activities for various operations.
• Coordinate with project teams to plan safe execution of work.
• Investigate incidents and implement preventive measures.
• Monitor PPE use, housekeeping, access control, and emergency equipment.
• Ensure subcontractors submit necessary safety documentation.
• Maintain HSE records and environmental safety practices.
• Support ISO 45001 compliance and continuous improvement.
• Exercise authority to stop dangerous work and report incidents.
