Responsibilities

Manage 3rd party service providers (canteen, janitorial, shuttle).
Oversee facilities and office administration, transportation, and general services.
Provide Japanese support activities as needed and ensure audit/compliance readiness.
Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate leadership and integrity in all HR/GA activities.
