Nature Landscapes Pte Ltd is seeking an Assistant Manager/Manager, Horticulture to lead landscape maintenance and implementation teams. You will ensure health, sustainability, and aesthetic appeal of green spaces through expert horticultural practices and strong client engagement.

Responsibilities include site inspections, turf and plant care guidance, cost-effective solution development, and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, or related discipline.
• 5–7 years of proven landscape maintenance and team management experience.
• Proven leadership, communication, and client management skills.
• Proficiency in horticultural planning, costing, and reporting.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel for site inspections.

Responsibilities

• Lead landscape maintenance and horticultural operations on site.
• Inspect sites, advise on turf, plants, and trees, and optimise care.
• Develop cost-effective solutions and forecast fertiliser/chemical needs.
• Prepare monthly horticulture and arborist reports and ensure compliance.
• Manage recruitment, training, and mentoring of staff.
• Engage with clients and support sales for upgrades and projects.
