Okada Manila is seeking a Landscape Architect to lead landscape design, maintenance, and irrigation initiatives at our premier property in Metro Manila. The role focuses on planning, supervising staff, and ensuring high-quality landscape outcomes.

Responsibilities include interpreting plans, coordinating schedules, and delivering compliant, aesthetically pleasing landscapes while prioritizing safety and efficiency on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level qualification in landscape architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, prioritize, assign, supervise, review, and participate in the work of staff responsible for landscape, grounds and irrigation system maintenance operations.
• Establish schedules and methods for providing landscape design, landscape implementation, landscape maintenance services; identify resource needs; review needs with appropriate staff; allocate resources accordingly.
• Read and interpret design, maps, plans, sketches, schematics, diagrams, and blueprints.
• Provide horticulture and landscape design improvement recommendations to the property.
• Ensure that the landscape areas and design are in excellent operational condition.
