Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a Senior Healthcare Integration Engineer to design, develop, and maintain HL7 interfaces in an Epic environment. You will work hands-on with Epic Bridges and other engines to ensure reliable production interfaces and data exchange.

You will collaborate with business users, vendors, and technical teams to translate clinical requirements into effective interface solutions, troubleshoot production incidents, and document interfaces and standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in using Epic Bridges and Cloverleaf or comparable engines for healthcare data exchange.
• Proficient in healthcare integrations and troubleshooting interfaces for seamless data flow.
• Knowledge of HL7 message types such as ADT, ORM, ORU, MDM, SIU, DFT.
• Experience with X12 and EDI standards relevant to healthcare transactions.
• Strong production support skills to maintain and resolve integration issues.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support HL7 v2.x interfaces.
• Build and maintain Epic Bridges integrations.
• Troubleshoot interface issues and production incidents.
• Translate business and clinical requirements into interface solutions.
• Participate in interface testing, deployments, and production support.
• Maintain interface documentation and technical specifications.
• Work closely with application teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in healthcare interoperability initiatives.
• Support compliance with HIPAA and healthcare security standards.
