Job summary

Golden Renal Care Holdings Inc. is seeking a dedicated Hemodialysis Shift Lead to supervise our HD unit. You will direct shift staffing, maintain compliance with DOH/PSN standards, and act as the clinical escalation point for complications.

You will also oversee treatment initiation and termination, ensure accurate documentation, and monitor infection-control practices. A BSN with PRC RN license and ≥3 years HD experience are required.

Qualifications

BSN graduate with valid RN license and DOH training.
Minimum 3 years HD experience and leadership training.
Current IV Therapy, BLS, ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

Lead the HD shift, assign nurses and trainees to stations by competency and acuity.
Conduct pre- and post-shift briefings; note safety issues and operational updates.
Supervise HD treatments and coordinate physician communication for complications.
Ensure accurate documentation and submission of PhilHealth claims.
Respond to emergencies using ACLS protocols and coordinate rapid team action.
Monitor infection-control, water quality, and machine disinfection cycles.
Mentor trainees and junior nurses; enforce HD standards.
Coordinate with biomedical technician for equipment readiness and maintenance.
Ensure stock accountability and assist in inventory planning with Head Nurse.
Generate shift reports on census, incidents, and staffing metrics.
