Job summary

2GO Group Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to diagnose and fix electrical and electromechanical issues, conduct regular maintenance checks, and prepare sub-assembly parts of the equipment.

The role also involves training junior mechanics and technicians, sharing knowledge and best practices to raise team capability. The ideal candidate has deep heavy equipment expertise and hands-on problem-solving experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year or technical courses.
• At least 10 years of experience in troubleshooting and repair of heavy equipment and other land-based equipment.
• Specialist in heavy equipment with expertise in engine, transmission and hydraulic systems.
• Monark Certification is a plus; Heavy Equipment Servicing NC II is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and fix electrical and electromechanical issues on equipment.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks.
• Prepare and assemble sub-assembly parts of the equipment.
• Train junior mechanics and technicians, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team capabilities.
