Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating gaming or entertainment visuals.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and timelines with stakeholders.
• Proficient with industry-standard 2D tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership and guidance to the Graphic Artists, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
• Oversee the creation of high-quality graphic assets such as symbols, backgrounds, UI, and animations for slot games.
• Work closely with art planners and the design team to understand project goals and timelines.
• Create and manage team schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery of all assets.
• Set and maintain clear artistic direction and consistent visual style.
• Review team outputs and provide constructive feedback to meet design standards.
• Collaborate with other departments, including game designers and developers, to ensure seamless integration of graphics with other game elements.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in graphic design and gaming industry, and share knowledge with the team.
• Maintain effective communication within the team and with other departments.
• Mentor and support team members in developing their skills.
• Continuously evaluate and improve graphic design processes, workflows, and tools to enhance productivity and quality standards.
• Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and provide ongoing feedback to team members, recognizing and rewarding achievements.
• Help identify team needs, assist in hiring, and ensure the team has the necessary tools and resources.
