Job summary

Arcadis in Manila is seeking a senior Graphic Designer / Team Lead to guide a design group, manage tasks, and liaise with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality visual work.

You will mentor designers, drive projects to completion, and collaborate with Global Strategy & Development and other growth teams to align work with business priorities. A strong portfolio and advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in graphics/multimedia.
• Bachelor’s degree in Arts/Design or equivalent experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
• Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign at advanced level.
• Experience creating and editing videos (Premiere Pro).
• UI/UX knowledge is a plus.
• Strong portfolio across print and digital assets.
• Knowledge of performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Assist Team Lead with day-to-day operations and task management to achieve objectives.
• Provide guidance and support to the Graphics Team and drive projects to completion.
• Collaborate with Senior Graphic Designers to align work across groups.
• Drive talent acquisition to ensure team growth and quality.
• Act as subject matter expert in graphic design and collaborate with stake-holders.
• Ensure alignment of design work with business needs across functions.
• Delegate tasks based on skills and experience.
• Support internal programs on processes, methodologies, and tools.
• Collaborate with Manila leaders to align policy implementation and business support.
