Job summary

AECOM in Manila, Philippines seeks a talented Graphic Designer to develop visual communications and brand-aligned concepts for internal and external campaigns across print and digital platforms. You will lead end-to-end design production, ensuring high quality layouts and templates while supporting marketing initiatives and events.

The role requires a strong portfolio in print and editorial design, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and collaboration with senior designers on complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts, design, communications or related field.
• At least five years of experience in a corporate, outsourcing or shared services environment within Graphic Design.
• A strong portfolio showing print, editorial or brochure design and brand identity work.
• Experience with brand development and design concepts, project management and print production.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end graphic design production for qualifications, proposals, presentations and marketing collaterals.
• Execute design concepts to support marketing campaigns and social media.
• Lay out bid documents, capability statements and other work-winning materials.
• Design executive presentations, infographics, invitations, event materials and brochures for internal and external use.
• Maintain project and staff photography library and update assets.
• Develop new ways to present the brand and support large events and campaigns.
• Collaborate with senior team members on complex projects and process improvements.
• Assist Team Lead in workload management and quality checks before stakeholder submission.
