Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our remote team. You will create standout graphics for our global marketing initiatives, translating complex security concepts into clear visuals for website, campaigns, events, and sales enablement.

Collaborate with US and EMEA teams, push for better design, and accelerate turnaround using AI and modern tools. A strong portfolio and 3–6 years of experience are essential for success in this fast-moving role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–6 years of professional design experience, including animation and video.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and social media design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience with Figma, Canva, or similar design tools.
• Solid understanding of typography, color, layout, and brand guidelines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality, polished work.
• Creative thinker who stays current on design trends and best practices.
