Job summary

Outstaffer.AI is assisting a boutique marketing and design agency to hire a mid-level Graphic Designer / UX Designer who will own front-end web design, print collateral, and brand systems for corporate clients. You’ll collaborate with a remote WordPress developer to deliver clean, professional design.

This hands-on role offers autonomy, decisive design input, and the chance to lead brand development for new clients.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and brand systems.
• Strong UX/UI sensibility with front-end design experience.
• Experience creating and maintaining brand style guides.
• Self-directed, proactive, capable of owning tasks end-to-end.
• Excellent attention to detail for print and digital outputs.
• Clear written and verbal communication for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design front-end web pages and web assets in a clean, corporate style.
• Produce print advertising and marketing collateral for corporate clients.
• Build and maintain brand style guides for clients.
• Create design assets for social media (tiles, graphics, campaign creative).
• Collaborate with the WordPress developer on web design implementation.
• Work autonomously and take initiative, flagging improvements without direction.
• Over time, lead design efforts and shape brand development for new clients.
