Job summary

Link Wealth Adviser Support seeks a Digital & Creative Artist to join a remote design studio supporting an Australian-based team. You will create artwork for print and digital campaigns, edit imagery, and help manage digital assets.

You will work independently, maintain brand standards, and collaborate with onshore and offshore colleagues using WordPress, Squarespace, Mailchimp, and Canva. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite for design across print and digital formats.
• Experience with Mailchimp and HTML email formatting.
• Familiarity with WordPress and Squarespace CMS workflows.
• Canv a template creation experience.
• Attention to detail and adherence to brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality artwork across print and digital formats.
• Edit, retouch, and optimize imagery using Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Prepare and finalize artwork for print and digital production.
• Create, manage, and distribute weekly newsletters via Mailchimp.
• Assist in the development of HTML5 ads, eDMs, and other digital campaign assets.
• Produce social media content and review video materials for brand consistency and quality control.
• Ensure all outputs align with established brand guidelines.
• Support website updates and content management across WordPress, Squarespace, and other CMS platforms.
• Create and maintain Canva templates for internal teams and clients.
• Coordinate with onshore and offshore team members, as well as external suppliers when required.
• Assist in project coordination using Monday.com, Jira, SharePoint, and Dropbox.
• Provide ongoing support to the Creative Director and design team on ad hoc tasks.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines with strong attention to detail.
