Private Advertiser is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer in Manila to join our creative team on a full-time basis. You will craft visual assets for publishing and marketing across brochures, social media, posters and packaging, while maintaining brand identity and meeting deadlines.

Ideal candidates are fresh graduates with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, a strong design portfolio, and a keen eye for typography, color and layout. On-site work and team collaboration are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate in Multimedia Arts, Advertising or Graphic Design or related course.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software including the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Portfolio demonstrating design work and creative capabilities.
• Good taste in food / dessert aesthetic, creative and detail-oriented.
• On-site availability and flexibility for marketing campaign deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography and layout.
• Creative thinking with ability to generate innovative concepts.
• Strong communication and collaboration within a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Preferred internship or entry-level experience in graphic design/publishing/advertising.

Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing graphic designs for brochures, ads, social media and promotional materials.
• Create in-store posters, flyers, menu layouts and brand collaterals.
• Maintain consistent brand identity for our dessert brand.
• Work with store team for campaign visuals and meet tight deadlines.
• Prepare design files for print and digital publication meeting specs.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Stay updated with current design trends and best practices.
• Incorporate supervisor and client feedback to refine designs.
• Develop concepts, layouts and colour schemes per brand guidelines.
