You will design pitch decks, own campaign visuals, direct shoots, and curate a reusable media library while coordinating with colleagues across departments to meet deadlines with autonomy and clear stakeholder communication.

Qualifikationen

• Portfolio showing range in conceptual, graphic, presentation design, photography or videography.
• 4+ years of relevant design experience in a creative agency or in-house team.
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign; PowerPoint; Premiere Pro or After Effects a plus.
• Able to clearly explain the thinking behind your work to senior stakeholders.
• Autonomy in prioritising and meeting deadlines; strong communication and time management.
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, art or related field or equivalent experience.

About the role

ID21 is a commercial interior design and build company in Singapore, celebrating 30 years in business this year. This is a hands-on, senior individual contributor role working across a genuinely wide range of formats to help shape how the brand looks and feels everywhere it shows up, from client pitch decks to physical spaces to social feeds.

Key responsibilities

• Design pitch and tender decks that help ID21 win business, from concept through to final polish
• Own the visual execution of marketing campaigns and always-on social content, turning one idea into multiple formats that still feel like one campaign
• Direct photo and video shoots for completed projects, and handle the retouching and editing that gets them presentation-ready
• Keep ID21's library of photos, videos and graphics organised so the wider team can find and reuse what they need
• Manage your own timelines, and work smoothly with colleagues across departments to get projects over the line

About you

• Portfolio showing range: conceptual design, graphic design, presentation design, photography or videography experience, motion graphic and video editing and social media post design
• 4 or more years of relevant design experience, in a creative agency or in-house team
• Confident in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, PowerPoint and comfortable with Premiere Pro or After Effects is a strong plus
• Able to explain the thinking behind your work clearly, including directly to senior stakeholders
• Comfortable managing your own priorities and deadlines with a good degree of autonomy
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, art or a related field, or equivalent experience
