Job summary

Visa Hunt is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead brand strategy, visual identity, and multi-channel creative assets for technical and industrial clients. You will design logos, establish brand guidelines, and create websites and campaign visuals, with a focus on WordPress and motion graphics.

The role requires strong presentation skills and experience managing print production, collaborating with account teams.

Qualifications

• Proven senior-level experience in graphic design and visual brand execution.
• Advanced proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in video editing and motion graphics using Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Intermediate proficiency with WordPress and landing page design.
• Experience translating strategic objectives into compelling visual communications.
• Strong client presentation and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Solid knowledge of print production processes and supplier management.

Responsibilities

They offer a range of strategic and creative services, acting as an outsourced marketing team to help their clients grow their presence locally and internationally.

They are now seeking to hire a Senior Graphic Designer to lead the development of high-quality visual concepts, brand strategies, and multi-channel creative assets.

Job Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Visual Identity

• Develop brand strategies, visual concepts, and creative assets
• Design logos and manage brand guidelines from concept through to completion
• Create compelling presentations and capability statements

Digital & Web Design

• Design websites and UX/UI interfaces, with a focus on WordPress sites and landing pages
• Produce creative assets and campaign graphics for social media platforms
• Create animations, video edits, and motion graphics using Premiere Pro and After Effects

Creative Direction & Collaboration

• Provide creative direction and art direction across diverse client portfolios
• Collaborate closely with account managers, content writers, and project leads
• Oversee print production and maintain relationships with external print suppliers

Requirements

• Proven senior-level experience in graphic design and visual brand execution
• Advanced proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite
• Intermediate to advanced skills in video editing and motion graphics, specifically Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Intermediate proficiency with WordPress and landing page design

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience designing for B2B, manufacturing, technology, defence, engineering, or industrial sectors
• Hands-on experience with AI design tools and workflows such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, and ChatGPT
• Experience using Canva for rapid design tasks
• Familiarity with project management and workflow systems, particularly ClickUp
