Systems Engineering Solutions Corporation is seeking a GovSlack Administrator to manage a GovSlack instance in a highly secure AWS GovCloud environment. The role requires 4+ years of enterprise Slack admin experience, active DoD Secret clearance, and IAT Level II certification.

onsite in Hanscom, MA or Montgomery, AL; responsibilities include compliance, access control, data governance, external collaboration, and workspace optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years enterprise Slack admin experience.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• IAT Level II certification required.
• GovSlack or government cloud experience preferred (e.g., GovCloud).
• Experience with backups, audits, and SOP documentation.
• Atlassian installations/upgrades/migrations experience.
• Ability to design dashboards and use JQL for analytics.
• Strong written and spoken communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Compliance management: align workspace with FedRAMP High, IL4, ITAR.
• Access & identity control via enterprise admin dashboard.
• Governance & data retention including legal holds and DLP.
• Secure external collaboration via Slack Connect with government partners.
• Workspace optimization: channel design, lifecycle settings, MDM policies.
