Huzzle is hiring a Senior Media Buyer / Paid Search & YouTube Specialist to manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for established e-commerce brands. You will own day-to-day execution across four client accounts with sizable budgets, focusing on profitable customer acquisition.

This hands-on role requires deep proficiency in Google Ads, e-commerce unit economics, and the ability to independently launch, test, troubleshoot, and optimize campaigns for meaningful performance gains.

Competenze

• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads for ecommerce brands.
• Advanced proficiency across Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen and YouTube ads.
• Proven experience managing brands spending high five to six figures per month.
• Ability to optimize for purchases, CAC, ROAS and profitability over traffic/engagement.
• Experience managing multiple advertising accounts simultaneously with high execution standards.
• Familiarity with attribution platforms such as Triple Whale, Northbeam, Rockerbox, or similar.
• Excellent spoken and written English communications.

• Execute and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, PMax, Demand Gen, and YouTube.
• Manage paid media performance focused on purchases, CAC, ROAS, and profitability.
• Build, launch, monitor, and improve campaigns across four client accounts.
• Develop structured testing strategies for creatives, audiences, bidding, structures, and landing pages.
• Allocate and adjust ad spend to maximize efficiency and growth.
• Analyze performance using Google Ads, GA4, and attribution platforms to guide optimization.
• Prepare weekly written performance reports highlighting results and next steps.
• Identify underperforming campaigns and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on performance discussions and growth initiatives.
