Microchip Technology Inc. is seeking a seasoned supply chain planning professional to lead advanced planning and scheduling across factories and subcontractors.

The role emphasizes managing backlog, ATP processes, and aligning with forecasts to meet delivery targets. You will collaborate with manufacturing, sales, and management to drive continuous improvements, build strong relationships across global teams, and ensure OTD performance while delivering shareholder value.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional business experience, including hands-on ERP and APO systems experience.
• Experience in backlog management and production control within high-tech or semiconductor supply chains is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement business planning strategies for advanced planning and scheduling across factories and subcontractors, using backlog, inventory, and forecasts.
• Manage ATP to schedule backlog orders while maintaining on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to drive continuous improvements and meet customer requirements.
• Respond to SO inquiries and special customer requirements daily.
• Conduct quarterly backlog reviews and implement actions to achieve revenue targets.
• Oversee scheduling activities related to capacity planning and allocation.
