Job summary

Full Chance Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex projects from initiation to delivery in an international setting, with a focus on plastics injection molding. You will coordinate with customers, internal teams, and suppliers to ensure scope, cost, schedule, and quality targets are met.

The role requires strong planning, excellent English communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to manage risks and vendors while travelling as needed.

Qualifications

• With extensive experience in project management (more than 5 years) in an international environment, preferably in Plastics injection molding.
• A customer minded person with strong interpersonal and people management skills.
• Outstanding planning & organizing skills.
• Result oriented and stress resistant person.
• Very good communication skills both oral and written in English.
• Demonstrated experience in management of project scope, cost, schedules, and vendors.
• If necessary, no obstacles for travelling.
