RuralNet Incorporated in Cebu City is seeking a Senior Accounting Specialist - General Ledger to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, maintain the general ledger, and support month-end closings.

You will coordinate with Accounts Payable, Billing, Compliance, and Treasury, prepare reconciliations, and assist in management reporting. A Bachelor's degree and at least two years of progressive accounting experience are required, with SAP ERP proficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• At least 2 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset; able to interpret financial data.

Aufgaben

• Maintain the organization's general ledger and chart of accounts.
• Prepare and post journal entries; ensure timely recording of transactions.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and reconciliations.
• Coordinate across Accounts Payable, Billing, Compliance, and Treasury teams.
• Support management reporting with accurate analyses and schedules.
• Assist in audit readiness and ensure adherence to policies and controls.
