Job summary

World Vision Philippines seeks a senior leader to drive GEDSI across East Asia regional programs. You will develop and deliver a regional GEDSI roadmap, strengthen organizational practice, and build staff and partner capability to advance gender equality, disability inclusion and social inclusion.

You will coordinate consultancies, manage partnerships and ensure alignment with global and regional standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading GEDSI (gender equality, disability inclusion and social inclusion) initiatives.
• Proven ability to develop regional strategies and drive organizational change.
• Strong collaboration with diverse stakeholders across sectors and regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional GEDSI strategy, policy implementation and organizational change.
• Develop and monitor a regional GEDSI strategy aligned with priorities and policy.
• Engage leadership and teams to embed GEDSI in programs, advocacy and communications.
• Guide self-assessments, action plans and promote inclusive language and accessibility.
