We are seeking a dedicated GAD Specialist to support our infrastructure projects by integrating gender considerations into planning and development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Social Science or equivalent
- Extensive experience in gender aspects of project preparation and planning
- Specialization in Sociology with experience in gender assessment, particularly for road or infrastructure projects
Responsibilities
- Conduct gender assessments for infrastructure and land development projects
- Integrate gender perspectives into project planning and design
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure inclusive and equitable project outcomes
- Review outputs from consulting services, including:
- Detailed Engineering Design
- Laboratory Testing & Analysis
- Geotechnical Investigations
- Environmental Impact Assessments
- Support structural and land development projects by providing gender-informed insights
