The role involves conducting gender assessments for various projects, collaborating with teams to ensure inclusive outcomes, and providing gender-informed insights. Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s in Social Science or a related field and possess extensive experience in gender aspects of project preparation and planning. This is a hybrid position based in Pasig.

• Specialization in Sociology with experience in gender assessment, particularly for road or infrastructure projects

Responsibilities

• Conduct gender assessments for infrastructure and land development projects
• Integrate gender perspectives into project planning and design
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure inclusive and equitable project outcomes
• Review outputs from consulting services, including:
• Detailed Engineering Design
• Laboratory Testing & Analysis
• Geotechnical Investigations
• Environmental Impact Assessments
• Support structural and land development projects by providing gender-informed insights
