Job summary

World Vision International is seeking a senior GEDSI leader to drive regional strategy for East Asia, embedding gender equality, disability inclusion and social inclusion across programs and proposals. The role emphasizes leadership, governance, and external engagement with donors and partners.

The successful candidate will guide GEDSI analysis, design, budgeting and monitoring, while strengthening staff and partner capacity and ensuring safeguards and child well-being standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with substantial relevant experience.
• Master's degree or equivalent preferred in related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and technical leadership to advance GEDSI across East Asia region.
• Develop and monitor regional GEDSI strategy aligned with priorities and policy.
• Lead GEDSI mainstreaming in programming, proposals and organizational systems.
• Build capability of GEDSI focal points, teams, partners and leaders.
