Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a hands-on Gameplay & UI Developer for a partner-based mobile game project based in Spain. You will contribute to client-facing features with a focus on UI, animation, polish, and core gameplay improvements, in a small, senior, multidisciplinary team.

You will own ideas from design through testing, develop new meta features, and enhance existing systems based on player feedback and performance insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience with C# and Unity.
• Proven track record of shipping mobile games.
• Strong understanding of gameplay development for casual mobile games.
• Experience developing UI, animations, or player-facing features.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop client-facing gameplay features with focus on UI, animations, visual polish, and UX.
• Design and implement core gameplay improvements to enhance engagement and playability.
• Develop new meta features and systems expanding the game experience.
• Enhance and refine existing gameplay and technical systems.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, artists, and other specialists in a multidisciplinary team.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges while maintaining performance and optimization.
• Take ownership of projects and features aligned with strengths.
