Job summary

Palecek seeks a Product Engineer in Angeles City, Pampanga, to transform design concepts into production-ready engineering solutions. You will create 2D/3D drawings, define tolerances, and prepare complete production packages with BOMs, materials, and hardware.

You’ll work closely with Design, QA, suppliers, and international teams to resolve issues and optimize manufacturability. The role requires strong technical execution, risk identification, and ownership of assigned products through to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Minimum seven years of hands‑on furniture product engineering or manufacturing experience.
• Proven ability to engineer complex furniture from concept to production.

Responsibilities

• Translate briefs into accurate 2D and 3D engineering deliverables.
• Prepare production packages with BOMs, drawings, and assembly details.
• Define tolerances, interfaces, and performance criteria for factory execution.
