Qualifications

• 6–8 years of asset management experience, preferably in fund houses, fund administrators or Big 4.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and financial reporting background.
• Proficient in Excel and Word with strong data analysis skills.
• Experience leading teams and mentoring others.
• Interest in building a career in fund administration across Philippines and international offices.

Responsibilities

• You will lead a portfolio of clients and guide the team to meet their needs.
• You will support and coach accounting controllers and senior accounting controllers as the final reviewer.
• You will identify risks and provide suitable solutions to clients.
• You will oversee financial monitoring and client invoicing for the portfolio.
• You will coordinate and validate all work delivered by the team.
• You will manage relationships with third-party service providers such as auditors, law firms, and banks.
• You will participate in internal projects to drive product and process improvements.
