Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is required, with advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in fund accounting or related roles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with internal stakeholders to plan and execute fund accounting work.
• Supports and may lead development and improvement of fund accounting processes and controls.
• Analyzes accounting data, cash activity, investment records, reconciliations, and reports to identify trends and risks.
• Solves complex fund accounting issues with sound judgment.
• Monitors progress of deliverables and communicates updates to stakeholders.
• Ensures timely, accurate deliverables while maintaining quality and compliance.
• Develops or enhances fund accounting documentation and resources.
• Builds cross-functional relationships to support coordinated outcomes.
• Leads smaller fund accounting projects or components of larger initiatives.
• Acts as a resource for colleagues by sharing knowledge and mentoring.
• Performs all duties according to policies and regulatory requirements.
