Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in fund accounting or related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with internal stakeholders to plan and execute fund accounting work aligned to team, function, and organizational priorities.
• Supports and may lead development, implementation, and enhancement of fund accounting processes, programs, controls, or initiatives.
• Analyzes accounting data, cash activity, investment records, reconciliations, reports, and information from multiple sources to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Solves complex fund accounting issues by applying sound judgment and best practices.
• Monitors progress of deliverables, tracks results, and communicates updates to stakeholders and management.
• Ensures timely and accurate execution of fund accounting deliverables while maintaining quality and compliance.
• Develops or enhances fund accounting documentation, procedures, tools, templates, or resources.
• Builds and maintains cross-functional relationships to support coordinated outcomes.
