Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a Review position focused on validating fund accounting deliverables and ensuring quality standards. The role involves detailed reviews of financial statements and supporting complex accounting processes while serving as a technical resource for preparers.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; CPA preferred; 4+ years in fund accounting, financial reporting, or audit (2+ in analytics).
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, statutory requirements, and regulatory frameworks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Review and sign off on fund accounting reports, calculations, client deliverables, and dashboard data for accuracy and compliance.
Oversee fund accounting operations, support complex transaction analysis, and provide technical guidance to preparers.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to address queries and coordinate deliverables.
Drive continuous improvement by reviewing processes, SLAs, workflows, and control frameworks.
Support team development through performance reviews, training, and knowledge sharing.
