Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking an Assistant Manager within Asset Owner Solutions in Pasig, Philippines. You will act as the team’s technical expert and final review authority for complex fund accounting deliverables, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high-quality service to sophisticated client portfolios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance required; CPA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, including 4 years in fund accounting, performance analytics, financial reporting, or audit.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge with a track record of driving process improvements.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting standards, regulations, and ability to apply them in complex scenarios.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, able to work under pressure and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Perform final reviews and sign-off on fund accounting reports and deliverables.
• Lead and support the team in resolving complex accounting issues and driving improvements.
• Manage day-to-day operations, workload planning, deadlines, and client SLAs.
