Qualifications

• Senior-level experience shipping production software end-to-end in a fullstack capacity.
• Proven ability to work across backend and frontend with fast iteration.
• Experience with AI-enabled development workflows and LLM integrations.
• Strong collaboration and remote communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship fullstack features across candidate and recruiter experiences.
• Improve AI-powered experiences including model orchestration and streaming UX.
• Integrate multiple LLM providers with attention to latency and cost.
• Develop deterministic internal tooling for engineers and agents.
• Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
• Plan technical debt, architecture, and observability initiatives.
• Participate in on-call operations and incident follow-up.
