Job summary

RealPage, Inc. is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Web Engineer to own the end-to-end architecture, development, integration, deployment, and ongoing improvement of its enterprise web applications and platforms.

You will lead front-end architecture, backend integrations, reusable standards, and modern web technologies across production sites, collaborating with Product Engineering, Marketing Operations, UX/UI Design, and Web Strategy to ensure reliability and business alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, SE, IT, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 10 years in Full-Stack or Front-End engineering.
• Strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and PHP.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications using modern full-stack technologies (React, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, PHP).
• Design scalable front-end architectures with reusable components, templates, and libraries.
• Develop and maintain backend integrations via RESTful APIs, GraphQL, OAuth, and related protocols.
• Lead complex technical troubleshooting across front-end, back-end, infrastructure, and production issues.
• Manage the full development lifecycle: source control, code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, UAT, and releases.
• Drive modernization via headless CMS, composable architecture, and modern web engineering practices.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering, Marketing Operations, UX/UI Design, and Web Strategy to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions for new technologies and customer experiences.
• Support website optimization with analytics tagging (GA4, GTM), experimentation, and performance enhancements.
• Provide technical leadership and promote engineering best practices across the team.
