Job summary

WeSupport Incorporated is seeking a senior Full Stack Developer to join a cross-disciplinary delivery team. You will contribute to front-end, back-end, architecture, security, DevOps, and native apps across a platform serving millions of users.

You will collaborate with Product Managers, Analysts, and UX Designers to ship features, build scalable components, and participate in agile ceremonies. Strong English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in IT/CS/engineering or related field.
• 7 years' experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong technical skills in Typescript, Node.js, React and AWS.

Responsibilities

• Achieve top-notch digital customer experience by building, operating, and maintaining the platform for over one million customers of the project.
• As team members, they will work across multiple disciplines including front-end, back-end, architecture, security, DevOps, and native apps.
• Be a member of a cross-functional delivery team, working with Product Managers, Analysts, UX Designers, and other Software Engineers to ship new features and fixes.
• Develop the code for small, well-scoped components and features and work with the team to release them to production.
• Work with your Tech Lead and other mentors to continue to learn and grow.
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies and technical discussions.
