Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an in-house engineer to design and build a new system of record for our growing real estate business. You will own the project end to end, delivering a core Python backend and the React frontend.

You will integrate external APIs and MLM data flows, while owning the infrastructure and deployment on Azure—running your own environment and tooling to keep the platform reliable. Work autonomously as the primary (initially sole) engineer, guiding architecture decisions

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Python for backend development.
• Strong React experience for frontend development.
• Experience with AI coding tools is a plus.
• Senior-level ability to architect and deploy Azure environments.
• Self-directed and able to own a project with minimal supervision.

About the role

A growing real estate company is hiring an in-house engineer to build a new system of record for the business. You'll own the project end to end — designing and building a core backend that becomes the company's single source of truth, plus the front end that sits on top of it. This includes API integrations and MLM (multi-level marketing) system connectivity as part of the platform's data flows.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build a core backend in Python that serves as the company's authoritative source of truth.

• Build the front end (React) that gives the business a real interface into that data.

• Integrate with external APIs and the company's MLM system to bring data into the new platform.

• Own infrastructure and deployment on Azure — you'll run your own environment.

• Work autonomously as the primary (initially sole) engineer on this build.

About you

• Strong hands-on experience with Python for backend development.

• Strong hands-on experience with React for front-end development.

• Comfortable using AI coding tools as part of your workflow.

• Senior-level: able to independently architect, deploy, and manage your own Azure environment.

• Self-directed — comfortable owning a project autonomously with minimal oversight.

• Finance industry experience is a plus, not required.
