Apex Group Ltd (UK Branch) is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Technology team in Makati City. You will develop and evolve the Holtara ESG platform, delivering features in an agile squad with a focus on quality code and scalable architectures.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience with ReactJS and PHP, strong SQL skills, and familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and cloud-native tools. The role offers a dynamic, globally-connected environment and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full stack development experience with ReactJS and PHP.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and working with SQL databases.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.

Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

Location: Makati City, Manali

Role summary:

You will be a part of the Apex Group Technology team, developing new features, maintaining and evolving the Holtara Platform, an award winning ESG platform.

Key responsibilities:

• Working as part of a squad, delivering through agile methodologies
• Design, prototype, develop, test, and deploy applications and on business requirements using agreed design patterns
• Automation, management of Infra as Code stack
• Optimizing the build and release process
• Working in collaboration with stakeholders and peers to identify requirements
• Solve software engineering challenges, providing help in breaking down large problems into smaller iterative steps
• Contribute to defining the prioritization of your squad’s backlog
• Contribute to the continuous development and maturing of design patterns for others to follow
• Pick the most appropriate tool, method, and design pattern to satisfy business requirements
• Proactively improve things when issues are identified
• Provide guidance and training to other squad members
• Provide assistance, guidance and training to the applications and API’s consumers
• Any other duties in the scope of the role that the company requires

Technical:

Demonstrable 5+ years’ experience of working with:

• FrontEnd development with ReactJS
• Legacy software written in PHP
• Evolving solutions to new architectures
• Object oriented programing
• Relational data models based on SQL
• Oracle PL/SQL stored procedures would be a plus
• C#/.Net would be a plus
• Strong understanding of software architecture and software development fundamentals such as design patterns
• Good understanding and experience following test-driven development and continuous integration & delivery practices.
• Advanced experience with standard tools used for software development like Git and Azure DevOps
