Apex Group is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join the Technology team in Makati City. You will contribute to the Holtara ESG platform, delivering features within an Agile squad and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes building robust software, evolving architectures, and advancing CI/CD practices while supporting infra as code and automated testing. A fast-growing global financial services provider offers opportunities for growth and impact.

• 5+ years' experience in software development, with front-end and back-end exposure.

• Work in an agile squad delivering features for the Holtara Platform.
• Design, prototype, develop, test and deploy applications per requirements.

Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

Location: Makati City, Manali

Role summary:

You will be a part of the Apex Group Technology team, developing new features, maintaining and evolving the Holtara Platform, an award winning ESG platform.

Key responsibilities:

• - Working as part of a squad, delivering through agile methodologies
• - Design, prototype, develop, test, and deploy applications and on business requirements using agreed design patterns
• - Automation, management of Infra as Code stack
• - Optimizing the build and release process
• - Working in collaboration with stakeholders and peers to identify requirements
• - Solve software engineering challenges, providing help in breaking down large problems into smaller iterative steps
• - Contribute to defining the prioritization of your squad's backlog
• - Contribute to the continuous development and maturing of design patterns for others to follow
• - Pick the most appropriate tool, method, and design pattern to satisfy business requirements
• - Proactively improve things when issues are identified
• - Provide guidance and training to other squad members
• - Provide assistance, guidance and training to the applications and API's consumers
• - Any other duties in the scope of the role that the company requires

Skills / experience:

• - Legacy software written in PHP
• - Evolving solutions to new architectures
• - Object oriented programing
• - Relational data models based on SQL
• - Oracle PL/SQL stored procedures would be a plus
• - C#/.Net would be a plus
• - Strong understanding of software architecture and software development fundamentals such as design patterns
• - Good understanding and experience following test-driven development and continuous integration & delivery practices.
• - Advanced experience with standard tools used for software development like Git and Azure DevOps
