Job summary

Bridgit! is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help build and scale its digital loan platform. You will work across the stack, delivering robust features with NodeJS/NestJS and modern front-end tech (ReactJS or VueJS) while shaping architecture and API design.

You will collaborate with a fast-paced product team, own end-to-end delivery, and contribute to a fintech that empowers customers with streamlined lending experiences. This role is based in the Philippines with a hybrid/onsite setup.

Qualifications

• 5 years+ working as a full stack developer.
• 2+ years commercial experience with ReactJS or VueJS and NodeJS.
• Bonus: experience setting up frontend monorepos (Turborepo or Nx).
• Strong documentation and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own solutions from design to deployment and testing.
• Communicate progress and blockers across teams.
• Collaborate with product and operations to deliver features.
• Develop secure RESTful APIs in TypeScript with NodeJS/NestJS.
• Design database schemas with PostgreSQL.
• Influence architectural direction and future product plans.
• Define technical requirements for new products.
