Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking an IT Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, and launch core systems supporting business processes. You will own end-to-end delivery, fix production issues within SLA, and mentor junior staff in a friendly agile environment.

You will work on Java/J2EE with Spring Boot, Hibernate, Kafka, and Docker, while also leveraging Angular for front-end work. This role offers a hybrid work setup and opportunities across teams with international exposure.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Experience in financial services is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST API, Kafka, Docker.
• Proficient in Angular frontend and microservices architecture.
• Ability to design end-to-end solutions and collaborate across teams.
• Familiarity with databases and SQL; Gitlab usage; basic security concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop software to meet business requirements.
• Monitor and configure deployed applications.
• Maintain deployed apps with required changes.
• Prepare development documentation and training materials.
• Practice test-driven development and deliver working software.
• Collaborate with analysts, data engineers, QA, DevOps, and IT teams.
• Lead or mentor junior staff and potentially manage projects.
