Job summary

InfoVision Inc. seeks a senior Full-Stack Architect to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable solutions across backend and frontend systems. You will own features end-to-end, design robust APIs, and build real-time data pipelines.

You will collaborate with product and engineering teams, drive incident response, improve observability with DataDog and Grafana, and uphold coding standards, security, and performance in a fast-paced advertising platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5–8+ years of professional software development experience, with strong fullstack expertise.
• Proven experience designing and building scalable distributed systems and microservices architectures.
• Hands-on experience with real-time data processing technologies such as Kafka and search/datastore systems like Elasticsearch or Aerospike.
• Deep understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (GCP preferred) and modern CI/CD practices.
• Strong knowledge of system design, performance optimization, and software engineering best practices.
• Ability to take ownership, drive projects independently, and make sound technical decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable fullstack solutions, owning features end-to-end.
• Architect and build robust APIs using Java/GraphQL for high-performance applications.
• Design and optimize real-time data pipelines leveraging Kafka, Aerospike, and Elasticsearch.
• Own system design decisions focusing on performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Establish and improve observability practices using DataDog and Grafana.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions within e-commerce and advertising domains.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to define and deliver impactful solutions.
• Lead incident response, on-call rotations, and production support for high-traffic events.
• Continuously improve engineering standards, tooling, and development processes.
