Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking an IT Senior Full Stack Developer to design, develop and manage financial and operational systems. You will lead end-to-end software delivery, support production and mentor junior staff in a collaborative agile environment.

Expect strong Java/J2EE and Angular expertise, microservice architecture experience, and the ability to work across teams with minimal guidance. Hybrid options and ongoing learning opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years' experience in a Full Stack Developer role.
• Senior level knowledge in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Maven, REST API, Kafka streaming, Docker.
• Senior level knowledge in Web Programming (Angular).
• Strong in technical design of end-to-end solutions across teams.
• Strong in microservice architecture and application architecture.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Oracle databases.
• Familiarity with RESTful API and Git/version control.

Responsibilities

• Development of new software to meet business requirements.
• Monitoring and configuration of deployed applications.
• Maintenance of deployed applications with required changes.
• Prepare development documentation and training materials as needed.
• Conduct test driven development and ensure high-quality software.
• Collaborate with analysts, data engineers, QA, DevOps and IT functions.
• Mentor junior staff and potentially lead teams or projects.
