Job summary

Talent Map Global BPO, Inc. seeks a senior frontend developer skilled in TypeScript and React 18 to design, build, and optimize AI-enabled user interfaces and dashboards.

You will ensure accessible, secure, and well-tested software across REST/JSON integrations, and mentor engineers while delivering polished, production-ready applications. You will work with modern tooling (Vite, Tailwind) and legacy interfaces (Jinja2, HTML, CSS) to create robust, scalable experiences for international clients,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive full stack software-engineering experience developing, integrating, testing, and delivering production web applications.
• Advanced production-level TypeScript, JavaScript, and React 18 experience, including component architecture, application state, hooks, routing, asynchronous data handling, error handling, and maintainable front-end design.
• Experience with Vite or a comparable build tool, Tailwind CSS or a comparable styling framework, and contract-based integration with REST and JSON services.
• Advanced experience with Vitest, Testing Library, or comparable technologies, including unit, component, integration, behavior-driven, end-to-end, regression, accessibility, or performance testing.
• Demonstrated experience developing accessible applications that meet Section 508 or WCAG requirements, including semantic HTML, keyboard navigation, screen-reader compatibility, focus management, accessible forms, and appropriate ARIA use.
• Experience developing dashboards and data visualizations using React, Chart.js, D3, or comparable technologies, with the ability to maintain legacy Jinja2, HTML, and CSS applications.
• Experience implementing session authentication, role-based access controls, and secure front-end practices, including authorization, input validation, output encoding, dependency management, and protection against common web vulnerabilities.
• Experience building reusable, configuration-driven interfaces using schemas or manifests and developing user experiences for markdown content, execution history, workflow status, or audit records.
• Experience with GitLab or comparable source-code management, CI/CD pipelines, automated quality gates, software packaging, and front-end deployment practices.
• Strong debugging and root-cause-analysis skills across user interfaces and API integrations, with the ability to review code, mentor less-experienced engineers, and provide constructive feedback consistent with approved standards.
• Strong written and verbal English-language communication skills and the ability to independently execute complex assignments within geographically distributed teams, including reasonable overlap with U.S. business hours.
• Ability to comply with company cybersecurity, confidentiality, intellectual-property, export-control, and data-handling requirements.

Responsibilities

• Frontenatd and Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain user-interface capabilities using TypeScript, React 18, Vite, and Tailwind CSS.
• Integrate applications with approved REST and JSON interface contracts and collaborate with back-end engineers to resolve integration issues.
• Configuration-Driven AI Experiences: Build reusable interfaces that render agents, features, navigation, and application behavior from approved configuration manifests.
• Develop AI-enabled experiences for agent interaction, tool activity, approval requests, markdown context authoring, response presentation, and execution history.
• Dashboard and Data Visualization: Develop operational and analytical dashboards using React and legacy technologies such as Jinja2, HTML, and CSS.
• Create responsive and accessible charts and visualizations using Chart.js, D3, or comparable technologies.
• Accessibility and Section 508: Ensure accessibility, meet WCAG requirements, and implement keyboard navigation and screen-reader compatibility.
• Authenticion and Authorization: Implement secure session authentication and role-based access controls.
• Testing and Engineering Quality: Develop automated tests using Vitest, Testing Library, and related technologies.
• Troubleshooting and Root-Cause Analysis: Diagnose UI, API, state-management, and security issues.
• Code Review, Mentoring, and Innovation: Participate in reviews, mentor engineers, and propose usability and security improvements.
• Governance and Delivery Readiness: Follow security and promotion controls; ensure work is complete and ready for ASCENT promotion.
• Documentation, Collaboration, and Data Protection: Maintain docs and collaborate with GCC and ASCENT teams.
