Talent Map Global BPO, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack) to craft advanced UI with TypeScript and React 18, integrate REST/JSON services, and mentor other engineers.

You will build AI-enabled experiences, review code, and uphold accessibility, security, and architectural quality. You will design dashboards, resolve integration issues with back-end teams, and participate in design reviews.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressive full stack software‑engineering experience.
• Advanced production‑level TypeScript, JavaScript, and React 18 experience.
• Experience with Vite or a comparable build tool, Tailwind CSS, and contract‑based integration with REST/JSON services.
• Advanced experience with Vitest, Testing Library, or comparable testing technologies.
• Developing accessible applications meeting Section 508/WCAG requirements.
• Dashboard/data visualization experience using React, Chart.js, D3, with legacy Jinja2/HTML/CSS.]
• Experience implementing session authentication and RBAC in front‑end apps.
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines and front‑end deployment practices.
• Strong debugging/root-cause‑analysis skills and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain UI with TypeScript, React 18, Vite, and Tailwind.
• Build reusable interfaces from configuration manifests and create AI‑enabled experiences.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations using React, Chart.js, D3, and maintain legacy templates.
• Ensure accessibility per WCAG/Section 508 with semantic structure and keyboard navigation.
• Implement secure session authentication and role‑based access control.
• Create automated tests using Vitest and Testing Library across test levels.
• Diagnose UI, API, and browser issues; participate in reviews and mentoring.
• Collaborate with back‑end engineers; ensure code quality and documentation.
• Follow security/review controls; ensure work is complete and promoted.
