Lago Staffing and Recruiting is seeking a Frontend Software Engineer (Mid–Senior) to own UI features in a fully remote role. You will translate designs from Figma into polished React components, build data visuals with Recharts, and collaborate closely with designers and product teams to deliver high-quality interfaces.

You should bring expert React experience, strong TypeScript skills, and a track record of building scalable UI while maintaining accessibility and performance in fast-paced

Qualifications

3–7+ years of frontend or UI engineering experience.
Expert-level React with hooks, context, and lifecycle patterns.
Strong React Router v6/v7 knowledge and routing architecture.
Proficiency with TypeScript and modern ES6+ JavaScript.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain UI applications using React, React Router, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript.
Build reusable components aligned with design system standards.
Translate designs from Figma into production-ready interfaces.
Design dashboards and data-driven visuals with Recharts.
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers.
Improve frontend performance via memoization and code-splitting.
Participate in code reviews and document UI patterns.
