Job summary

Parser is a boutique technology services and consulting firm founded in 2018 with 340+ engineers and consultants across Europe, the Americas, and the Middle East. We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to design and build modern, responsive UIs using React.js, integrate with backend APIs, and maintain high-quality code with automated tests.

Flexible remote work for Spain-based candidates, with monthly travel to the UK Hayes office, and a highly competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of frontend development experience.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and preprocessors.
• Experience with React.js and state management libraries.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, responsive web applications using React.js.
• Translate design mockups and wireframes into high-quality, interactive user interfaces.
• Implement frontend architecture, including performance optimization, state management, and reusable components.
• Design and implement end-to-end automated tests for backend integration.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend components with robust APIs.
• Stay updated on emerging frontend technologies and advocate their adoption.
• Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and implement testing strategies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve UI/UX issues, optimizing performance and reliability.
• Document code, development processes, and architectural decisions.
