Qualifications

• 10+ years frontend development and management experience.
• 5+ years senior frontend team management, fintech/digital currency exposure preferred.
• Strong knowledge of frontend architecture for high-concurrency trading/real-time data.
• Experience with frontend security, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in at least one modern frontend stack (Vue3/React + TypeScript).

Responsibilities

• Develop frontend technical strategy and long-term roadmap.
• Lead core frontend architecture and technology stack decisions.
• Oversee frontend development lifecycle across web, app, and H5.
• Coordinate CI/CD with DevOps to improve deployment and reliability.
• Ensure frontend security, compliance, and performance optimizations.
• Manage and mentor frontend team, drive growth and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with product, backend, UI/UX, and compliance teams to align goals.
