EuroAsia Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a seasoned packaging artwork and regulatory affairs specialist for on-site work in Quezon City.

The role requires 5+ years in pharmaceutical regulatory affairs, packaging artwork development, or brand management, with strong proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office. Responsibilities include end-to-end artwork development, proofreading, and regulatory documentation, ensuring compliance with Philippine FDA, GS1, and IPOPHIL standards,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Graphic Design, CS, IT, Linguistics, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical regulatory affairs, packaging artwork development, or brand management.
• Knowledge of Philippine FDA regulations, GS1 standards, IPOPHIL regulations, packaging development, and product commercialization.
• Proficient in CorelDRAW, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end development, proofreading, approval, and release of packaging artwork and regulatory deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine FDA regulations, GS1 standards, IPOPHIL requirements, and branding guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal departments, printers, suppliers, and manufacturers throughout artwork approval and product launches.
• Maintain packaging artwork, website content, digital assets, and regulatory documentation.

Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Graphic Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, Linguistics, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least five (5) years of experience in pharmaceutical regulatory affairs, packaging artwork development, or brand management.
• Knowledge of Philippine FDA regulations, GSI standards, IPOPHIL regulations, packaging development, artwork approval processes, and product commercialization.
• Proficient in CorelDRAW, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge of website content management and digital asset management.
• Strong proofreading, communication, project coordination, analytical, organizational, and documentation skills with high attention to detail and integrity.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the end-to-end development, proofreading, approval, and release of packaging artwork, product shots, website product content, and regulatory deliverables for ethical (Rx), over-the-counter (OTC), nutraceutical, and cosmetic products.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine FDA regulations, GS1 standards, IPOPHIL requirements, and company branding guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal departments, printers, suppliers and manufacturers throughout the artwork approval and product launch process.
• Develop, revise, proofread, and maintain packaging artwork, website product content, digital assets, and regulatory documentation.
• Maintain product databases, artwork files, and website content while supporting quality control, product launches, and continuous process improvement.
