Job summary

Moom Health is seeking a meticulous, freelance packaging designer to adapt our carton and sachet art for regulatory compliance across SEA markets. You’ll turn existing designs into compliant, print-ready FA files, ensuring branding remains consistent and every detail is accurate.

This fully remote role in the Philippines offers around 10 hours per week, with more work during busy months. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and strong knowledge of dielines, bleed, colour management and barcodes are

Qualifications

• 1–2 years packaging design or prepress experience.
• Experience preparing FA files for monocartons/sachets.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator.
• Understanding of dielines, bleed, trapping, colour management and barcodes.
• Experience checking print files and proofs online.
• Excellent written English and copy placement accuracy.
• Reliable, independent, remote-friendly work style.
• Portfolio showing packaging or FA work.

Responsibilities

• Adapt existing monocarton and sachet artwork to SEA regulatory requirements.
• Fit regulatory copy into layouts while keeping text legible and branding consistent.
• Prepare accurate, print-ready FA files with dielines, bleed, CMYK, overprint, fonts, image resolution and barcodes.
• Preflight and check print files and digital proofs online before production.
• Cross-check artwork against copy, dielines and brand guidelines.
• Keep file naming and version control tidy across SKUs and markets.
• Liaise with printers on artwork queries and revisions, with the team kept in the loop.
